Caroline has been a legal search consultant for over 12 years. She works with candidates across the country, with a particular focus in DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and California. She places associates with law firms and corporations of all sizes.

Caroline is interested in helping attorneys find the best fit. Caroline will give you the tools to help you perform and feel your best. She teaches and coaches employers and employees on ways to utilize the foundations of improv for interviewing, team building, healthy communication, and “group mind.” She understands the value in finding a workplace that nurtures a safe and collegial environment. It is her goal to help you find that place.

To cover the most possibilities for her candidates and clients, Caroline works with a small and trusted group of legal recruiters (also members of NALSC) so that candidates can hear about every position that could be a fit, including unpublished positions throughout the country. Currently based in Los Angeles and DC, Caroline has also lived in and recruited from Baltimore and New York City. In 2012, she started her legal recruiting career with Neal Consulting. In 2019, she founded Yates Legal Search.
