I have been a legal search consultant for 15 years, working with candidates and clients across the country with a particular focus on DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and California. My mission is simple: I am here to help you find your next law firm or in-house counsel role by putting your needs first.

Background: Currently based in Los Angeles and DC, I have also lived and recruited in Baltimore and New York City. I began my recruiting career in 2012 with Neal Consulting where I gained invaluable experience as a legal recruiter and career coach. I founded Yates Legal Search in 2019 in order to continue providing a more personalized approach to the search process that large recruiting firms are not capable of.
